Obama Explains Lipstick On His Collar
Hours after schmoozing with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie on the Jersey Shore, Obama showed up to a White House event Tuesday evening with a lipstick smear on his shirt collar.
The President made it clear it wasn’t First Lady Michelle Obama who left the smudge, but an audience well-wisher.
