TMZ reports that Vivid Entertainment is looking to stop the tape from being distributed. Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch sent a letter to the 32-year-old crooner offering his service to put the kibosh on the tape, which he claims to have done for other celebs in the same predicament.
“We’ve learned that a sex video of you and your ex-wife is making its way around the adult industry,” reads the letter. “As a result of this being an intimate and very personal tape we can certainly understand why you would want to stop its distribution. We may therefore be able [to] assist you in stopping your own video from any type of circulation.”
Although Usher has remained mum about the tape, his ex-wife has spoken out, first denying that a tape even exists, and later took to her Twitter page to brush the whole thing off. “NEWSFLASH!! BREAKING NEWS! GUESS WHAT??!! ??? I have copulated w/my husband! O_O. Why is this news again?? #ConfusedTweet. End of discussion,” she wrote.
