WINSTON-SALEM — Had a few more Durham school board members shown up, there would have been enough here for a quorum to have an official meeting.
“Bust him!” Durham school board member Fredrick Davis said from the stands at BB&T Field, the football home of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. “Bust Him!”
Hillside High School’s Myer Krah must have heard him. The kid jumped all over Davie County’s kickoff-return man. It’s what the Hillside Hornets did starting Saturday morning and on into the early afternoon. The Hornets just kept swarming the War Eagles.
