City Starts Distributing Weather Radios
If you need a radio that warns you of upcoming severe weather, consider attending one of the City’s distribution events! The next distribution event is set for June 28 at the Green Road Community Center.
Attend the events to learn more about the NOAA weather radios and their features. You can also get helpful tips on using them effectively. When distributing the radios, the City will give priority to vulnerable neighborhoods. You need to attend an event in person to receive a radio.
Rolling Together: A Community Resource Fair at Green Road Park
The City will also distribute NOAA radios and inform residents on emergency alerts at the “Rolling Together” community resource fair on Saturday, June 28.
