Cumberland County school leaders are reacting after a student said a school bus driver told her she could not ride the bus last Wednesday, because it was too crowded.
School officials tell ABC11 Eyewitness News that the bus driver was wrong to force the Lewis Chapel Middle School student off the overcrowded bus.
They say steps have been taken to ensure that what happened to 13-year-old LaDonna Ball doesn’t happen again.
