Check your freezers!
The FDA says some frozen foods are being recalled due to Listeria contamination. The recall affects frozen mixed vegetables and green peas sold under the Great Value, Market Pantry, Bountiful Harvest, First Street and Live Smart brands at retailers including Target and Wal-Mart between the dates of September and June.
Listeria can make the young, frail and elderly very sick, and has been responsible for the recall of hundreds of frozen food products.
The recalled products can be returned to stores for a full refund.
