Looking for a fun family night out? We’ve got fun options for you to consider in Durham, Raleigh and Cary.
Take in a movie at Durham’s Central Park. While there are several options for watching a movie at the park, kid-friendly dates are only listed as June 25th and August 20th at 8:30 PM. All movies are FREE. Check out the link HERE.
Wakemed Movies By Moonlight are presented at Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheater. Kids 12 and under are free, adults are $5. A great thing about this venue is that you can bring food…even beer and wine. Don’t forget to pack a blanket or lawn chairs. Movies start at dusk (around 8:30 PM) and gates open at 7 PM. Get the list of movies HERE.
In Raleigh, the N.C. Museum of Art is offering evening, family friendly movies. However, all of the movies are not family-friendly, so check the list of offerings HERE. Tickets are $6 and free for kids under 6.
In Rocky Mount, check out Lawn Chair Theater at the Imperial Centre For Arts & Sciences. Doors open at 7 PM and movies begin at 8:30 PM. Don’t forget your blanket and lawn chair. View the list of movies HERE.
