Some Rocky Mount residents are upset because of an Instagram photo of six white teenager girls, they believe, has a racial tone and is channeling thoughts of the KKK. The photo first appeared on the social media site in November.
Here’s the question: Is this a KKK photo or just a picture of girls in party hats as some of their parents have said?
