All around the country people are protesting the grand jury’s decision not to indict Darren Wilson for the death of Mike Brown. Many are hitting the streets during protest rallies to share their displeasure with the verdict.
UNC Chapel Hill took a different approach.
Tuesday students stretched out on the ground in The Pit for 4.5 minutes to represent Brown’s body lying in the street.
It was a peaceful, quiet and powerful statement.
