They’re not laughing and smiling now. Arrest warrants were issued Friday charging three teens — Demetrius Walton, 18, of Eva Street, Jaquan Marquise Cobb, 17, of East Main Street, and Christopher Lewis, 18, of Commerce Street – with attempted malicious use of an explosive device to damage property.
Video captured the three teens leaving a small bottle explosive device on a Bull City Connector bus last Tuesday. A male passenger and the driver were taken to the hospital to be checked out and then released.
