Get in shape in 2014! Millbrook Fitness Boot Camp is the fitness program you have been waiting for. Join us each Saturday for a fun workout that includes both high intensity and low impact moves that will help build strength and stamina as you meet your fitness goals. Exercises are derived from Muay Thai kick boxing, Pilates, Yoga, Polo-metrics, Calisthenics and more. Instructed by Dexter Moore, Certified Personal Trainer, this program will also help you address your nutritional needs and help you get the amazing results that you deserve. Workouts can be modified for any level of fitness. Don’t put off getting in shape any longer. Join us today!

Two FREE classes will be held Saturday, January 18 and 25 from 9:15am-10:30am.

Regular classes begin on Saturday, February 1 and meet each week from 9:15am-10:30am. Monthly class fee is $70.00.
