Shonda Rhimes is now a proud mother of three! The Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal creator announced on Twitter Wednesday, Sept. 18 that she has welcomed a third child, a baby girl, into her family.
Rhimes already has two daughters. She adopted Harper in June 2002 and Emerson in February 2012.
The TV producer confirmed that she adopted Emerson through a domestic adoption and had long been planning to give Harper a sibling.
