Early Sunday morning, comedian Kevin Hart was arrested on suspicion of DUI after narrowly avoiding a collision with a gas tanker on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles. He was pulled over after driving erratically at 90 m.p.h.
Hart failed a sobriety test and was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and was held on $5,000 bond. When the cop asked him to take the sobriety test, Hart responded “WHY WASTE OUR TIME…I’M DRUNK MAN” ….. #TrueStory. He also tweeted, “drinking & driving is not a game or a laughing matter. People have lost lives because of stupid s&*$!. This is a wake up call for me, I have to be smarter & last night I wasn’t….everything happens for a reason..
