BIO:
Elizabeth Herrera: “Lizh just is”. Born and raised in NYC, now residing in North Carolina, Lizh has been involved in the entertainment industry in one form or another–this chameleon does it all. Being a singer/songwriter is her biggest passion, but even her love for her guitar and her piano doesn’t keep her from smiling for the camera. Lizh’s theatre background also gives her an impressive skill set to use onstage, in the studio or on film. Also multi-lingual and an award winning spoken word poet, Lizh fuses all these elements of herself cohesively with her powerhouse voice. Whether it’s singing, reciting poetry, rapping, modeling or acting, Lizh just is. Lizh has traveled the southeast performing in venues such as The House of Blues in Dallas, Houston and Myrtle Beach as well as a variety of other venues in New York City, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Maryland, North and South Carolina and Arkansas. Her upcoming self titled debut album, “Lizh”, is to be released in 2011.
