Born in El paso Texas, currently living in Cary. North Carolina. MixMaster B has been in radio over 23 yrs. His love for music began early as a child beating on pots and pans from underneath his mother’s sink, to his first drum set to a more advanced drum set playing for the church choir. Specializing in keeping the beats for all types of music from rock, country, jazz to gospel. He knew he had been in the music game for years when he went from mixing with vinyl records to using cd players that you can “scratch” on and this new back saver called ” serato” :) You can currently listen to MixMaster B on Foxy 107-104 on Friday nights from 7-1am on the all request 80′s show.
Born and raised in Lexington, KY. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and Shaw University with degrees in broadcasting and business management her passion for radio began at the age of 12.
Jodi’s love for music proved she’s one of the best in the business, she was awarded the BRE Drummer award for Music Director of the year, and nominated Assistant Program Director and Music Director of the year by Billboard magazine.
Jodi’s career spans over 20 years in radio and television. She began her stint in radio as the midday host, morning show host and assistant program director and production director for WCKU. Jodi came to Raleigh in 1993 as WQOK’s afternoon drive-time announcer and was later became Music Director.
She likes to keep it real by connecting with her audience with her conversational and smooth delivery. Jodi feels radio is more than just playing music, she feels a responsibility to motivate and inspire her listeners to dream big and be the best they can be.
She’s interviewed national and political figures including President Obama, the legendary Eddie Levert , Actress Angela Bassestt, John Legend, and she’s not afraid to ask the tough questions.
Jodi is committed to the community especially the annual Breast Cancer “Race for The Cure” walk and loves to MC public service events. She enjoys sports, reading , cooking especially fresh foods from her garden and an avid photographer.

Shawn Alexander is the Raleigh producer for The Michael Baisden Show Mon – Fri 3-7p on the #1 station in the market for Today’s R&B and Classic Soul WFXC & WFXK Foxy 107/104. Shawn has over 13 years of commercial radio experience and is also on the air Saturdays from 3-7p.
Shawn is originally from Stamford Connecticut and a proud Alumnus of North Carolina Central University. He received his start in Radio at NCCU’s Jazz Radio Station 90.7 WNCU. After working there for 6 months he was able to break into commercial radio his sophomore year at WQOK K97.5 as a weekend on air personality.
After graduating Shawn received a full time position doing The Quiet Storm. Then, he was moved to Mid-Days and became the Music Director and Assistant Program Director. After doing Mid-days for over 6 years he was moved to Foxy to do the Quiet Storm. Shawn took a break from radio for a couple years but, now he is happy to be back home at Foxy!
Outside of radio Shawn enjoys just about anything involving cars especially going to the Drag Strip to see cars race.
Wink ”ooonnn” Moody Duty has been on Duty for more than 30 years and an employee of Radio One more than 20 years.
In addition to being an on-air personality, Wink is a volunteer basketball coach with the City of Raleigh through the Parks and Recreation Department. He’s also involved in his church’s (Redeeming Love Missionary Church in Raleigh) sound ministry.
Wink is the host of Foxy 107/104′s Bluelight Basement Party each and every Saturday night from 7p – 1a. He uses this time to fulfill a personal goal of forgeting about any negative issues in life for at least 6 hours.
“I just want people to enjoy themselves and have fun. If I can do that then I think I will have accomplished my goal.”
