Famed playwright and film producer David E. Talbert is launching his multi-city actor’s workshop and talent search, kicking off October 4th in his hometown of Washington, DC.
Talbert called into the Tom Joyner Morning Show to talk about what he’s looking for in potential actors.
“I’m shooting another movie next year and I’m doing a play also. I get all these emails from folks asking for auditions so I thought I’d go and see.”
On physical requirements:
“This is 8-80, blind, crippled or crazy. It’s talent cap. You just have to have talent. As long as your talent weighs more.”
