This is the last thing Gladiators want to hear before the end of the year. A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned Kerry Washington had a bun in the oven and how would Shonda work this into the story line? Well, a pregnant Olivia Pope story line is totally out of the question. ABC is cutting its episode order from 22 to 18 because Kerry Washington will give birth sometimes in the spring. The Emmy-nominated actress was originally scheduled to film this season’s last four episodes next year, but with a growing baby bump, that just won’t be possible.
So if ABC taped all 22 episodes would it be Jake’s (Scott Foley) or Fitz’s (Tony Goldwyn) baby?
