A woman on Wake Tech’s campus told police that a man exposed himself to her on November 1st. He was later identified as Chris Sumrell.
Back in March, Sumrell was charged with indecent exposure when he was a freshman at William Peace College. According to WRAL, Sumrell says the March incident was a misunderstanding. He claims he was ironing while naked in front of an open window. Passerby saw him and called police. The charges against him were later dropped.
Sumrell was convicted last year for indecent exposure in 2011. Cary police said Sumrell was in his car in a CVS parking lot when he revved his engine to get attention and exposed himself to passing women.
