Scooby-Doo will make a stop at Northgate Mall in Durham on Sunday. From 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, Scooby-Doo will be roaming the mall and visiting different stores. Families can search for him and get a photo, according to WRAL.
The afternoon also includes an appearance from the High Strung Petting Zoo from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The group will bring an assortment of instruments that kids can touch and play. It’s capped with a performance by Durham’s Faith Baptist Church Children’s Choir at 4 p.m.
All of these events are free and open to the public.
Also, as part of the weekend’s festivities, Stadium 10 Theaters at Northgate Mall will screen some special Scooby-Doo cartoons. Tickets are $1 and will benefit the Pretty in Pink Breast Cancer Foundation. For times, check with the theater.
