The Orange County Emergency Services Department is announcing the Flood Assistance Center is closed.

Residents who were impacted by the flood on June 30, 2013, can continue to request financial assistance through the Small Business Administration (SBA) until Friday, September 13.

Those who are not eligible for SBA assistance, will receive a follow up from the North Carolina Emergency Management office, which will explain the option for state grants.

For more information or to contact the SBA Customer Service Center, please call 800.659.2955 or visit https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela
