Raleigh’s Helping Hand Mission is in need of fans to help people keep cool during this dreadful heat. Since last Monday, they’ve given out about 300 fans, it last reported Helping Hand Mission had fewer than 20 fans left. The organization is asking the community to donate gently used fans and air conditioners.
