The Raleigh Sai Center and Pullen Memorial Baptist Church will sponsor its third annual Free Health Care day, Saturday September 6, 2014, for the poor, homeless, and under-insured in Raleigh and Wake County. Registration: 8 AM – 2 PM, Pullen Memorial Baptist Church, 1801 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC.
The Health Fair will provide Free Screening, Testing and Consultation in the following areas:
Doctor Visits, Blood Pressure check, Referrals, Child Specialist, Dental Checkup, Women’s Health, Prescription Glasses (based on availability), Eye Screening, HIV & STD Testing (10AM–12PM), Cholesterol & Diabetes Test (8AM–11AM), do not eat or drink after midnight except water. Under 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Healthcare day will provide FREE food and is handicap accessible.
Pullen Memorial Baptist Church is located at the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Cox Avenue near the intersection of Hillsborough and Oberlin Road next to NC State Campus.
