Join Alicia Young and Nathaniel Key in area locations within Wake County Public Libraries as they help attendees rebuild their confidence after job loss. The speakers will show adult library members how to use guided journal techniques for self-reflection to help them through unemployment with confidence.  The programs are free; however, registration is requested.  Each session begins at 6:30 p.m.
