Former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Sheree Whitfield has lost a legal battle against her own attorneys.
According to TMZ, Whitfield has been ordered to pay a total of $119, 674 to Weinstock & Scavo for unpaid legal fees.
The reality TV star accumulated the bill in 2007 when she hired the law firm to represent her during her divorce from former NFL star Bob Whitfield. She paid Weinstock & Scavo $69,000 for their services, but refused to pay the remaining bill of $96,00 because she claimed the firm was over charging her.
However, she has been ordered to pay. Weinstock & Scavo filed the legal suit against Whitfield in 2010 and a judge recently ordered her to pay the outstanding balance plus interest.
