Deep Fried Turkey Safety Tips

I fried my first turkey several years ago and loved every morsel of the scrumptious bird. I made a teriyaki with fresh ginger marinade along with my secret ingredients. I injected the plump bird and let it marinate overnight. The bird was tender juicy and very delicious.
