10 Cary ballerinas to compete in NYC
Ten dancers from Cary’s International Ballet Academy are heading to New York City this weekend to compete in the finals of Youth America Grand Prix, the largest student ballet competition that awards more than $250,000 in scholarships to dance schools worldwide. Dancer Nikki Fanney and choreographer Miguel Campaneria spoke about the competition on WRAL’s Noon News on April 20, 2012.
