Who is Eligible?

Inclusive Health was created for North Carolinians with pre-existing conditions looking for more affordable health coverage. It includes two options, Inclusive Health – Federal Option is for people who have been without coverage for 6 months or more. Inclusive Health – State Option is for anyone else. Each of these options has its own eligibility criteria.
